Other Expenditures Considerations<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As in any Other Expenditure category of a budget, Other Expenditures are a catch all and include many smaller items within the budget as well as misc inflows of funds. The different areas are noted below. For FY 2013, Transportation is 19% of the total category, Education, Training, Employment, and Social Services 15%, Health 19%, and Veterans Benefits and Services 29%.<\/p>\n

2. \u00a0Freeze these expenditures to FY 2014 levels in FY 2015 and decrease them back to the FY 2008 levels proportionately from FY2016 to FY2020.<\/p>\n

3. \u00a0Hold any percentage increases in these budget categories to the lower of 50% of inflation or 50% of the increase in tax receipts from FY2021 to FY2024.<\/p>\n
